19/08/21

Living in BOSTON Creative House means having plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. Have doubts? Then we will prove it to you and tell you about some parks, lakes and the Dnieper embankment, which is located near our complex.

Pochaina Park

Let's start with Pochaina Park because, after all, it is closest to BOSTON Creative House. A few years ago, a project for improving the territory was developed, according to which the first works are already underway.

Pochaina Park will stretch from Vovkuvata Bay along the Pochaina River to Yordanske Lake. To conveniently reach the shores of the lake, a bicycle and pedestrian bridge will be built over Bandery Avenue and a water and pedestrian crossing under it. In addition to cycling and walking paths, there will be children's and sports grounds. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including climbing walls and a cable car. Here you can walk along the embankment, stop at the observation decks and see the bas-relief depicting the history of the Pochaina River. The park has a place for concerts and various events, and in winter there will be an ice rink.

Shade in the park will be created by trees that already grow here and will be preserved, as well as new plants will be planted.

Lakes

Now we will move along the Pochaina River in the other direction. If walking along the future crossing over Bandery Avenue, we will reach the shores of Yordanske Lake. This is a large lake on Obolon. There is a beach for summer holidays and a restaurant with an outdoor terrace.

After cycling across Yordanska street, we get to Verbne Lake. It has two large city beaches — Tsentralnyi and Verbnyi. If we cycle along the lake, then through the Heroiv Stalinhradu Avenue, we will reach Natalka Park.

Natalka Park

A few years ago, this territory was reconstructed and now it is a modern space where it is comfortable to walk with children, spend picnics in nature with friends, ride bicycles and play sports. Natalka Park has a clean beach, green lawns, playgrounds and cycling and walking paths. Football, basketball and volleyball courts were built for sports activities, as well as outdoor exercise equipment and a place for fitness. On the shore, you can rent a catamaran or kayak and relax on the water, and in the evening watch the sunset in the gazebo by the water.

Muromets Park

If you want even more space, go to Muromets Park, which is located on the island having the same name. You can get here in 10 minutes by car or by driving several stops by minibus or trolleybus. You can get there by bike, because the distance from BOSTON Creative House is only 5 kilometers. In the park itself, you can ride in the forest, steppe and over the Bobrovnya River, which is crossed by bridges. At the beginning of the island there is a large Chortory Beach, where you can find kayak rental, rope park, various cafes and restaurants. For water sports enthusiasts, there is a cable car for wakeboarding. The park is also a great place for picnics with friends.
